Refund Policy
Effective date: April 25, 2026
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Starter or Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked. Requests received after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing. You retain full access to your plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
Partial-month refunds are not issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
3. Downgrades
Downgrading your plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
4. Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly — for example, a duplicate charge or the wrong amount — contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a corrected refund where applicable.
5. Free plan
The Free plan has no charges, so no refunds apply.
6. How to request a refund
Email us at support@fineapp.co.za with the subject line "Refund Request — [your email address]". We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
